This Privacy Policy explains how Pinsdrawp ("the Game," "we," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play the Game on Facebook Instant Games and related Meta platforms (including Facebook and Messenger).

  1. Information We Collect

a) Information from Facebook / Meta Platforms When you play Pinsdrawp through Facebook Instant Games, Meta's platform may share limited information with the Game through the Facebook Instant Games SDK, including:

  • Your Facebook player name and profile photo (used to display your name on in-game leaderboards)
  • Your Facebook Player ID (a unique identifier used to associate your progress and scores with your account)
  • Basic gameplay context provided by the Facebook Instant Games platform (such as your locale/language setting)

We do not access your friends list, private messages, email address, or any other Facebook data beyond what is provided through the Instant Games SDK for the purposes described above.

b) Information Stored Locally on Your Device The Game stores certain gameplay data locally on your device using browser local storage, including:

  • Your current level and saved progress
  • Your best scores (Normal Mode and Endless Mode)
  • Your mute/sound preference

This locally stored data is not transmitted to us and remains on your device unless you clear your browser data.

c) Information from Advertising Partners Pinsdrawp displays optional rewarded video advertisements through Meta's Audience Network. When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Meta's Audience Network may collect information in accordance with its own advertising and data policies in order to serve and measure these ads. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data collection practices of Meta's Audience Network.   1. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Display your name and score on in-game leaderboards
  • Save and restore your gameplay progress
  • Provide optional rewarded video ads that give in-game benefits (such as reviving after a failed level or enlarging the wheel)
  • Improve and maintain the Game's functionality
  1. Rewarded Advertisements

Pinsdrawp offers two optional rewarded video ad placements:

  • Revive: Watch a rewarded ad to continue playing after failing a level.
  • Bigger Wheel: Watch a rewarded ad to receive a temporary in-game size boost.

Watching these ads is always optional. Declining or skipping an ad does not restrict your ability to keep playing the Game; it simply means you will restart the level without the associated reward.

  1. Leaderboards

Pinsdrawp uses the Facebook Instant Games Leaderboard API to display player rankings. Your Facebook name and score may be visible to other players who view the same leaderboard, in accordance with Meta's platform terms.

  1. Children's Privacy

Pinsdrawp is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is provided through the Facebook Instant Games platform itself, which is governed by Meta's own age requirements and policies.

  1. Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear your browser's storage or uninstall/reset the hosting app. Data associated with your Facebook Player ID (such as leaderboard scores) is retained by Meta in accordance with Meta's own data retention policies.

  1. Your Choices
  • You may decline to watch any rewarded ad at any time.
  • You may clear your locally stored game data at any time through your browser or device settings.
  • You may stop playing the Game at any time, which will stop any further data collection by the Game itself.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
